RETURNS POLICY

The Silver Lily Returns Policy
 
Any jewellery purchased in November and December have an extended Christmas returns period up until 14th January 2016. Please note all returned items need to be returned unworn.

The Silver Lily provide the best quality products and service and this is extremely important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied, please return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging, within 14 days and we will happily provide a replacement. Refunds are only given on faulty items. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty however, goods received damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost with free delivery provided you inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.

In order to return goods to us:

Please complete the reverse side of the dispatch note included within your order detailing the items being returned and how you wish to proceed. We would be grateful if you could include a contact telephone number or email address so that we may contact you regarding your return if necessary.

If you do not have a copy of the delivery note, please include a covering letter within your return parcel, including your address details, telephone number, the reason for return and how you wish to proceed.
